Saravana Kumar, Founder & CEO
of MMRFIC Technology, has 23+ years of experience in mm-wave, RF, and Baseband development for Bluetooth, WLAN, GNSS, and Auto Radar.
An expert in sub-GHz to 100GHz RF & mm-wave design, he has led MMRFIC’s growth in the mm-wave market, driving innovation in its products and solutions.
Previously, he was a Senior Member of Technical Staff at Texas Instruments and holds multiple USPTO patents.

Ravi Vijayaraghavan is the Co-Founder & COO at MMRFIC Technology. Ravi, as popularly known, has 21+ years of experience in Analog & Power Management CIOs in Multi RF SoCs & discrete solutions.
Ravi previously worked as a Staff Engineer at Texas Instruments, where he was instrumental in taking multiple generations of mixed-signal SoCs with multiple RF subsystems and integrated PM from design to production. Ravi holds a patent in USPTO.

Prasad serves as the Engineering Director for Hardware at MMRFIC Technology. Prasad has over 27 years of experience in the field of IC Packages, System In Package (SIP), System on Module (SoM) and PCB design.
Prasad’s key expertise lies in designing and manufacturing hardware that has to perform in stringent environment use case scenarios such as Space, Defence & Automotive markets.
Prasad has previously worked at D’gipro, Si2 Microsystems and also founded WiWoTech with a goal to build prototype lab that brings new concepts/ideas as working model.

Anurag Nigam
Engineering Director, MMIC Design
Anurag Nigam serves as the Engineering Director of MMIC design. Anurag comes with over 24 years of experience developing MMIC & RFIC across various technologies.
Anurag has developed RF components and subsystems, such as LNA, PA, and Switches, in GaAs and GaN technologies and across multiple bands—L, S, X, Ku, and Ka.
Anurag has a Masters degree from the Indian Institute of Science (IISc) and worked at IBM Microsystems before joining MMRFIC Technology. Anurag holds patents in USPTO.

Dr. Sanjeev G
Engineering Director, AI & ML
Dr. Sanjeev is the Engineering Director responsible for AI & ML development at MMRFIC Technology. Dr. Sanjeev has 18+ years of professional research and hands-on design experience in signal processing & communications systems.
Dr. Sanjeev has PhD degree in electrical communication engineering from the Indian Institute of Science (IISc) Bangalore. His research interests include mm-wave radar systems, multimodal signal processing, next-generation communication systems, underwater acoustics, speech signal processing, and machine learning for signal processing.
